My experience with Digicommerce has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was initially convinced to sign up for their services by their salesperson, Shobhit Pandit, who turned out to be completely untrustworthy. I made the decision to go ahead based on his assurances, which I now deeply regret.
Despite the service officially starting, actual work only began after 20 days. When I raised this concern, I was casually told that these 20 days would be "extended" later a promise that was never honored. Even worse, after just three months, they abruptly stopped providing services altogether, with no proper explanation or resolution.
Their team head, Shivani Bhatt, was highly unprofessional, and the overall team performance was abysmal. The only exception was Surya Singh, who handled editing work and did his job sincerely. Everyone else seemed disinterested and careless, with little to no regard for account health or performance. Their unprofessional approach seriously impacted my business, and it was evident that they lacked both expertise and accountability.
If you’re considering working with Digicommerce, I strongly advise you to stay away. Their services are unreliable, their communication is poor, and they can do more harm than good to your business.
