On 25/10 I purchased dell xcd35 mobile from letsbuy.com. it got some problem so I went to dell mobile service provided by digicomp solutions in nehru place on 22/11. they took my mobile asked me to call in 20 days. after 20 days when I called they sid that we are replacing your mobile and stock hasn’t arrived and asked me to call in 3-4 days. since then I am calling them every 3-4 days and every time I get the same reply from them. now since 3 days tel no provided by them 01146818125 is getting diverted to airtel customtakeouter automatically and my balance is getting reduced. I tried to call from 3-4 different mobile still its getting diverted. other no 01146818124 is either busy or no goes on ringing with no result.
on my recommendation four of my friends brought dell xcd35 and now they are afraid even to install market applications on their mobile. shame on dell for providing service through such horrific third party solution.
