Hello Friends,
I have been CHIP/Digit - (JDM) subscriber since last two years and I am happy with CHIP. Then they change to Digit and everything start failing!
Firstly I received the issues at or after 25th of the month and this happened concurrently 6 month!! I tried to write to their help/customer service but they never improved.
Currently they are trying very well, but not enough. Now when my subscription is going to expire I sent them renewal Demand Draft, unfortunately by post; in envelop supplied by them only!
And I have been asking them if they received or not since last 31 days but they never rplied yet!
I dont understand what kind of support they are providing, even to the customer who try to renewal.
If any of the JDM member reading this, they should understand this facts throughly.
Hope they will try to improve soon! ;-/
