My experience with PLI is not good.
I applied for a loan against PLI policy, giving all the required papers.But, as yet, I have not received cash.
Daily, I call the post office at least once.But, everytime, they tell me to call another time.
Is this deficiency of service?
Also, I sent complaints to them.
They have not yet responded to my complaints.
They provide not that much good service to the customers.But, they receive good salary and benefits.They have very good job security.But, career growth is not that much good.
