I purchase dishTV HD 5 month ago. I receive one month free service. but after that I chose plan as per my choice through dishtv.in(which is official side of dishTV india). I try to activate my plan through online. but whenever I chick on submit button it show error, than I call to CC service of dishtv. CC person told me this plan not activate without addon.(detail of addon service not give in there side with this pack). after the addon pack value of normal plan increase. due to this they are making fool of people.
after the 2 month of my second pack I try to change my plan, and I follow the same process, 1st open dishtv.in and try to change my plan but I am not successful. and again call CC of dishtv.
I have one suggestion for dishtv please close your side. that is not effect. and if you continue your side please give full access to customer.
and more thing dishtv if too much expensive.
