4 days I am struggling with pathetic service of DISH TV. The worst case is that none of the Agents are able to understand problem and every time the calls are forwarded to wrong person.


I relcoated to Pune from Banagalore and wanted to install my Dish TV. When I complained about DISH TV not working and asked them to update address and phone nos so that the technician can visit my new address. The funny thing is that inspite of repateadly telling that I have reclocated to Pune, I received call from Bangalore techinicans.


Secondly this guys have faulty setup box and they don’t provide any warranty on replaced setup box- so if a person who has enrolled into HD cable for one year, if for any reason the HD box becomes faulty in one month then the customer has to bear risks and cost associated with the replaced one.


Why the heck they can’t provide replaced setup box with one year warranty?


None of the agents are able to communicate properly - worst thing is that they don’t check how many didgits should be punched into the system and without checking they will say sirrr its wrong VC no.
