Purchased dish tv almost a year back, under warrenty suffered a lot, on complaining about picture frezeze, the technician says that the signal from satellite is poor will improve shortly, some times he adjust the dish for signal, in this way the warenty period lapses and the poor quality of transmission or services continues, not a single customer care executive or manager rectified the problem, when i told them to give new stb, they used the term replacement or swap, though i paid for stb, so logically its my property, but they now say that you have to swap or replace the old stb with new stb, means they will take back the old box.
Here i come to understand that they sell the defective set top box by refurbishing it, nad make the killing, that is why they hired shah rukh khan. Never ever go for dish tv connection.
