I have a Dish TV, VC No - 01505294027. My Dish has not been transmitting signals for the past 1 week. I have contacted the customer support thrice and been given a complaint number. I was told that it is a technical problem and ta technician will soon be sent.
I called the customer care number 044-60013474 several times this week, I was told "definitely" an electrician/techician would be coming within 24-48 hours, ie by the latest Friday. And that I would be called.
I still have not seen anybody for the past 1 week. And I am still waiting. And I have wasted my subscription money, which they say cannot be refunded or even the due date cannot be changed and my daily subscription has been deducted even for the days when my Dish was not in use.
My package is the Maxi one which has all the channels available, but I have not been able to get all the channels on a regular basis. I usually get them only 5 to 10 days a month.
