I bought this worst service (VC no. 01504938182) before 1 month and problem started just after 2-3 weeks. some important channels disappeared and customer care told that that was broadcasting problem for few days. after few days problem remained same, they replied that this is allignment problem and complaint was registered and they promised thay it will be resolved within 24 hrs, but today after 80 hrs problem is same. I dont have MTNL no., so I had to call frm my cell which is chargeable and the worst thing is that I had to wait for 10-15 mins to receive call in customer care. so I had to waist more than Rs 50 for calling them and instead of receiving the call by any executive, I had to bear shahrukh khan’s voice- why are you santusht. you can imagine how do I feel that time. ’jaise mere ghav pe shahrukh namak chhidak raha ho’. now I think that local cable is far better bcoz at least you can catch their technician in case of any problem but for dish tv technician, it has a long way to go. I am repenting why I invested 3200/-. the same type of service was available frm local cable in just 1000/-. I suggest to all never go for dish tv and request shahrukh to stop their promotion.
