I was having trouble in getting HD channels from past 4 days. It was suppose to get solved within 24 hours. I am fed up of the kind of customer service received from dish TV. As per them, I am the royal customer with annual AMC paid and still there is no proper service offered. Their call centre team told me that person will come on Saturday at 11 AM and he came at 5 PM. He was unable to fix the issue & promised to resolve next day, but - no contact still.
Though as a product its good but as far as after sales service is concerned- I am totally unhappy with Dish TV.
