IF there is a vote for the worst customer service with the worst employees - DISH TV INDIA - will get the Presidents award.
i have been a dish tv customer from Bangalore for the past 6 months. Several times the link up fails and when you call the customer service simply say that I have pay some amount. When you dig deeper you find out that there was some technical problem and when you question more then say that the problem will be fixed. THIS IS THEIR STANDARD RESPONSE.
LEAVE THE SYSTEM ON CHANNEL 550, AND IN 4 TO 24 HOURS THE SERVICE WILL BE RESTORED.
This is completely a deceptive game ZEE TV, OWNERS ARE PLAYING WITH VAST THOUSAND NUMBER OF PAYING SUBSCRIBERS.
Most of the staff do not speak English and besides speaking ability they also need to be sent to SPECIAL NEEDS.
The whole is run by a bunch of crooks who care a hoot about a customer.
i can believe that in free enterprise india, such companies are allowed to continue to cheat the public and obtain celebrity endorsements.....
SO MR. KHAN..please watch out...whether you want to ruin your career because of their crooks.
