We had a Dish TV Connection and they never included Neo Cricket in their package. I called up the customer care and asked them that we want Neo Cricket. She said they are negotiating with them and that shortly we will get the feeds. Even after 3 months we didnt get the feeds. So I didn’t recharge for the next month as most of the times we only want to see Cricket. One day the Customer Care person called up and asked me recharge and I asked whether we are going to get Neo Cricket. He said that they have some problem.
I told him when all the other providers are providing what is your problem? he didn’t reply correctly. Instead of answering my question, he told please watch DD1. Nonsense! They didnt broadcast test matches. Then I told him I am not going to renew their service.
Now I am with Videocon D2H happily They have covered Neo Cricket and most other channels.
