Dish tv customer support is in mess. On first of this. month they have upgraded the software. Immediately that I lost audio on my TV for many channels. Particularly HD channels. On complaining I received a call from the customer service telling me that my TV is old and not for HD channels. I asked him how Come it was okay till 31st of October? He did not reply and kept on telling the same. This is their modus operandi to extract money from customers. They always do something with software and ask to change some or other part of the hardware.
