I am very happy and satisfied with the customer care response from Dish TV. I usually write a mail to the custcare and get a very prompt and professional response. Surprised to see so many people cribbing about the service level. All the questions are answered to my complete satisfaction. The response also comes back within 24 hrs. Not sure about the call center though.
Pricing of the products and the package choices is also attractive. Hope that they could offer some package which focuses on children’s channel and knowledge channels alone and avoids the general entertainment channels that are focused on serials and realty shows.
Compare this with the other competitors like Tata Sky, Reliance Big, Airtel etc. this is real value for money. There are lots of negative reviews that do not really reflect positively. There may be instances where these guys have erred but in general the level and quality of response is really good compared to dealing with many other Indian companies.
