I am writing this to say this I am feeling really sorry for myself that I chose DishTV as my operator for Dish TV(DishTV VC No.01527479327).
I am using this since 16 months.I just relocated just a few days back.
Before relocation I just put a request to de-install the product and raised the request for the same(Ref ID - 400218549, Date - 03/06/2018). It was told to me Ithat I had to pay them 200 INR for the visit. I did the same but they asked me that they will fit the same and I don’t had to put the request for the re-installation. They asked for 350 INR.
I denied as official charges for Re-installation is also 200 INR. I told them the same and denied the offer. They did the de-instalation in such a way that one piece went missing and the connector is completely dissociated.
They told me that no one will take less than 350/- bucks now but I was in mindset that company will stand to their words.
Today I put up a request for the re-installation(Ref ID - 40234359, Date - 12/06/2018). He did the installation in such a way that wire maximizes(in order to increase the amount).
Finally he charged me 420 INR .
The total cost for relocation for me is 620 INR. So its better to buy a new connection as all the promises made by the DishTV official in terms of charges are fake.
Both the time they charged me more than what’s promised but the payment receipt send to me is worth 200 INR.
The completely system is fake.
I just have two Question -
If I am getting de-installation done by an expert then how the parts breaks. If that is the condition why shouldn’t I remove it myself and get it re-installed.
If the price is commited to 200/- why these other charges involved.

I am really fed up with Dish TV this time. I am going to put it on social media. Let people see this that how you people serve your customer.
