No after sales service - feel the improvement now

Dear All.


After Grueling 6 months and innumerable communication, they have replaced the VC card, and the service is now fine.


But this has tested my Patience to the full extent


Their web interface is now much more user friendly and very effective, specially the customer relationship person, Atul Kumar



My experience has been really bad, got one installed in May 06, but till date most of the channels are shown as scrambeled or no access. the only channels one can see is the free to air DD channels . I subscribed to the TOP package for 75 odd channels.


The tech service staff is inadequately trained, they constantly talk to their people via your phone to set the things right , but which ultimately does not happen, . The quality of the staff is very poor, most of them have no manners how to behave in a cutomer home, it seems they have been just picked up and put on the job


The phone no with 190 series does not work, the complaint cell no. is always busy, I would rather stick to cable walla, then to go into this tizzy of lodging complaint every now and then with no results


one dissatisifed customer of DISH TV- the so called FUTURE of entertainment
