I became a new customer of the Dish TV family on Aug 16, 2013 and my VC is 01519154261. I had purchased "DTH Super Platinum" package under the "life time offer" by paying a sum of Rs 13, 690/-. My mistake was that I didnt checked the full list of channel coverage
and availability.
Now after installation to my dismay I am discovering that there are quite a few channels that my parents used to watch (AAj tak Tez, Darshan 24, Food-Food, Mh1-Shraddha, Delhi Aaj Tak, Dabangg, UTV Stars and Total TV to name a few ) are not even available in the DishTv platform. We used to watch these regularly and now I cant even buy these by A-La-Carte option.
In not even in my wildest dreams had I thought that in dishtv, these basic channels would not be available and now I would like to cancel my subscription and demanded full refund of my entire amount to be paid back as I dont have any option left.
On taking up the matter with the customer care and their so called write to CEO column on their website (Request No : 32044) I got the response that their is no cancellation and refund possible. How on earth can this be possible how can there be a gate to be in but then it seems that you are locked in a jail, no way out !!
Two channels which are supposed to be available - Zee khana khazana and & pictures are also not coming as I am getting the message you are not subscribed to them. This cant be true as per the details advertised on their website-

I want cancellation of my subscription and full money refund ASAP. I am feeling cheated as I would be tied to this connection for a period of 5 yrs which is a big time span.
