I have replaced my Set of Box on 17th January 2016 by paying Rs.800 to Videocon D2H . The new set of box again stopped working wef 25th July 2016 because either very bad quality of SOB or reconditioned/repaired SBO . On contact to customer care again they have asked money for Set of Box and engineer cost Rs.800/-. We have refused to pay for Set of Box within 6 months. They have not resolved my issue hence we requested them to disconnect us and payback 12 months recharged advance amount paid to them. Customer care has confirmed about disconnection and payment of the amount in 2-3 days but we have not received the amount(Rs.2700 approx) till date.
