I have dish TV from the last 3 years. I found customer service kind, signal good, price good, programs good. But to renew your subscription online really sucks. Every time there is so much grief to renew online. Hazzar letters to customer care, so many frustrated attempts, pending payment notices and what have you will have you pulling your hair out. Please check properly from wherever you are buying how to renew, try it out at a friends place and only then buy dish TV.
I am sure Shahrukh khan has been given a free connection. Has he ever tried renewing online? This is the only reason I hate dish TV and after 3 years now I will go in for big TV or Tata sky. Just thinking of the next renewal gives me high b.p. And makes my legs shudder. Please think twice before buying dish TV because you will find it impossible to renew. Even if it’s not online, finding itz cards and dealing with dealers for renewal is a hassle.
Everybody provides Zee, Star, Sony etc. So think twice before buying dish TV.
