It is almost headache for every day from past 1 year since the day connection taken. I did the biggest mistake in my life is to take DISHTV. due to this everyday frustration. Almost 3000/- was paid for the HD connection and got 2 months free subscription along with setup box.
Problem 1. From the day one the problem of not getting all the promised channels from DISHTV.
Issues were raised many times. the answer from customer service would be that due to technical problem the channels were not available. kindly wait for 2 hours to get the channels. Luckily the requested channel would be available for 1 or 2 days. later the same problem. Have to call and get it fixed . The most pissed up part is whatever you scold the customer office and they will say sorry for everything.
Only things we get from them are apologies and headache
Now I stopped calling customer care
Problem 2. This issue was escalated to Nodal offices , but no one turns up. and send the remainders but no use Lost the meaning of Nodal officer.
Problem 3. Initially I opted form south pack i.e 325+50 RS. It was bit high. anyway wanted to enjoy HD channels. Later DISHTV increased packages 325+125 Rs ( 75 extra) after that one 1 or 2 channels are HD.not getting remaining HD channels. Finally I wanted call ones for HD coonnection. Extra money less channels (HD content). That customer executive told that LMB should be fixed and aligned for that one technician could visit my place and it would be charged 150+taxes extra.
I paid 500Rs for shifting the connection form one house the next house ( which is 200mt dist)
Problem 4. If we are out of home for few days after due date. the transmission is disconnected till you pay the money. The paid amount would be deducted to the none transmitted days too along with fine.
We have to pay the money for unused days too. Looting money in all means
DISHTV is the biggest looter in India.
Please don’t opt for DISHTV. and it is like self suicidal attempt

Planned to change the connection. it would cost me another 3000 bugs. but I live with mental peace
