I am one of your unfortunate subscriber as your service sucks big time. I shifted from Tata Sky to Dish TV last year and have no doubts in saying that your service sucks as compared to theirs. You guys do not attend to the consumer complaints although you give them the complaint no. very proactively.
I have been suffering from your faulty billing system since last 6 months and every month after recharging my account with sufficient balance I have to call up your call centre as my account shows the next recharge date much earlier than it is scheduled. Last month on 27th February I had done a recharge of Rs.1200/- as against my recharge amount of Rs.1169/-.
As per the payment done my next recharge date should have been 28th March. But to my dismay, this time again my Account was showing the next recharge date as 19th March. As usual I had to call up your call centre to get this rectified and your call centre agent Ms. Vaishali was clueless.
It took me 15 minutes to make her understand my problem and even after putting my call on hold twice she could not rectify the problem and once again I was given a new complaint no. 213809636 with a commitment that it will be attended in next 2 hours. Now almost a day has passed and I am still waiting for a revert from your end. I must say that I have committed the biggest mistake of shifting from a decent service of Tata Sky to the most pathetic service of Dish TV.
You guys do not care for a customer and no one calls up to check whether the complaint has been attended to or not. I can easily forsee that DishTv will surely lose their valuable customer base and will stand no where in front of the competition.
