I used to like shah rukh khan but how can a man so well respected - can promote a horrible thing / service like dish tv. Dish tv is so horrible that i will never buy anything sold by shahrukh khan. Buy anything else, take a cable connection or even watch only doordarshan but don’t buy dish tv. You will cry like me.
Nothing works, keep calling the customer care 100s of times nothing happens. I bought dish tv and from day 1 i was not able to see all channels with dish tv maxi. Very few worked. The intelligent installers put the wire through a door and with door close - the wire pressing only few channels worked. I called customer care around 50 times + i called a friend who is working with dish tv - nothing happened. He wrote emails all over the company - who cares.
Most of times, you will have to hold the wire while watching the programs. About reloading - they start sending you sms 1 week early but abt solving your problem that you cannot see anything - time taken is - more than 2 monthly reloads. You can say 300 per month to have the dish on the roof - not for watching channels.
Another funny thing, i reloaded the dish tv 9 am 1 day after last date. They deduced rs 25 saying that you have been watching free to air channels from last night 12:00 am to 9:00 am in the morning. Why are you charging for free to air channels. Neo sports does not show. I am missing the matches.
Switch off and then it goes to advertising dish tv, does not remember last channel (if it ever works). Channel numbers are difficult to remember. The menu’s are horrible.
