I have taken 20 connection under corporate or hotel mode in August 2018. That time package was HD with 270 per month. Beginning was going great , main game started after Trai new rule, they migrated pack to 540 without any information and knowledge to me. More on that most of the channels was provided are not worth for 540. Inspite of several requests nothing being done except ignorance or false commitments. Hence decided to surrender connections after waiting for 3 months. When requested for surrender, they are not even turning up to process. Only word I am getting plz contact CorpSupport or wait for 24 hours. Even I contacted CEo from their web panel. Mr. Anil (or may be some one on his behalf replied) is also could not help. Mr. Sayed local representative or executive, again same scenario.
Do dish tv worried about this type of services or false commitments ? Will you return my deposit moeny ?
