For entire 1 month, we are runnign afetr dish tv to refund our money- we paid 600 rs for extra 9 channels. The techncian brought a faulty hardware and even after repeated complaints, no other technciian came to check it. After one month, we were informed that the hardware is faulty and our money is alraedy taken by dish . They are not returning it and asking su to pay more for their faulty hardware.
We do not get any channels that we paid Rs 600/- for. Due to these hassles and repeated problems, we would like to inform you that we have decided not to go ahead with the HD channel pack of Comedy Central, CBS Spark, Love, BBC Ent etc and as such would like to be
Reimbursed the above said amount.
Kindly inform us the procedure and modality for reimbursement of the above
