Over the last weeks, all I have had, unfortunately, is a history of broken promises from Dish TV.In January we stopped receiving all the channels we subscribe to on Dish TV. I called them, was told that an electrician/technician would call and come out to fix and realign.
I then set up an appointment for someone to come, agreed a day and time. And no-one came.So I called back. Was told the same thing. That someone would come. Waited. Wasted my time. No-one called or came.
I called the customer care number 0120-4443474 several times this week, including on Wednesday 6th February. I was told "definitely" an electrician/techician would be coming within 24-48 hours, ie by the latest Friday. And that I would be called. **Of course, you can guess, nothing happened, no-one came!
This morning I rang and spoke to a supervisor. We agreed that a technician would come to our house this afternoon, at 4.30pm. At 5.30pm I called to say no-one had come. The supervisor had left for the day and no other supervisors were available to take my call to help me. Again I was told that someone would be coming in the next 24-48 hours.
I dont know what I can do to resolve this problem. I am extremely disappointed with Dish TV.
I expected that they would be able to offer some customer service and support, but so far, I have had nothing. :=(
I am strongly considering not renewing my subscription with them when it runs out.
