I have purchased the DISH Setup box in an offer from Big Bazzar, Koramangala Branch, Bangalore. on 26th Jan 2008.(On Gandhi Jayanthi). While taking the setup box from the above mentioned outlet the execuitve told me that wilth in week our Enginner will come to your place and give the connection. But till today i.e., 11.02.2008 no body has come for the same.
I have called the Customer Care persons for about three to four times and they also called me and asking me whether the engineer are came or not. One more good and shocking thing is there is an phone no. for bangalore and that no. belongs to DISH TV Bangalore local regional office, when ever you call to the no. the message that you can here is;
*"YOUR CALL IS WAITING AS THE AIRTEL SUBCRIBER YOU HAVE CALLED IS CURRENTLY BUSY PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE OR CALL AFTER SOME TIME"I think this is only one phone no. in whole India so busy you call any time 24 hrs it will be busy if you are luck you may get connected to the line. I think all we can do with this stupid DISH TV(ZEE network) people that we have to stop purchasing the DISH TV itself and we have put the banners in front of the every out let where the DISH dealers are there. I think not one will start the same. I will start that 1st I will c how many peoples are ready to join with me.
I think the chairman of this DISH TV is Mr. Subhash Chandra(SO Called Chairman) as per the website https://dishtvindia.in/Static/chairmanspeech. Asp is so thruth fellow(i am not able to collect any new bad words to scold him)
