I am having DISH TV connection for thr last few months with a recording facility and recharged for 1 year.Recentaly the picture quality goes bad and TV becomes blank , we get a message saying dquotes , this is due to bad weather or improper connection dquotes.when the weather becomes normal but still problem persists , I made a complanit to the customer service on 10th sept 2017.
They sent a mechanic called Rajesh on 12th sept, he is a useless mechanic he checked and told me that the problem is with LNB and next day he came and changed LNB, so I paid 800rs still the problem not sloved , he told the problem is with set up box and he changed the set up box and it is under warrenty and he will get it replaced with a new one , then he told me that you dont call customer care any more I shall slove your problem please call me .
After 10 days I contacted him again he is not picking the phone
Then again I contacted the customer care and then I give a new complaint , but nobody came to attend my issue .After few days they send message for my register mobile number saying you are not reachable and closed your complaint.
For the last 2 weeks my DISH TV is dead .
At last I took a TATA SKY connection and it is working perfectly well , This is as per my friends recommendation .
For my experience I sencererly tell you all dont buy DISH TV for the follwing reasons
1) The service is very bad
2) Techaniceans wont attend your call
3) To much of cost for planes
If you have already a DISH TV please dont reacharge for long period like one year or six months.Reacharge for only one month so that you can shift go another.
