While selling call the person will talk very sweetly and answer to your queries. After that, if you get some problem with the service and you call.the same person will talk in a weird and harsh tone. As if they are doing some obligation in giving us service. A big ZERO to you dish tv for worst dealers.
This is universal problem with set top boxes of dish tv that it will suddenly stop functioning due to capacitor blown up and you will have to repeatedly call customer service to get it replaced. If lucky it will be done in a week and if not then not even in 3 months.
My advice is not to go for dish tv. Though other dth will also have some issues but not like this one wherr you suddenly get shock that you cant watch the footbal match further.
