My complain no is 1271023231. VC No 01516630356 From 2 days my dish tv is giving me error "Not working due to Rains" I checked for signal and I see red dots meaning antenna is not aliged or mis aligned from top .. I called on the number which is not toll free also.
The service guy started with his stupid questions of doing time pass take out card put back card scan channels test signals and wasted my money. After that he says I have to pay 150RS for technician visit.. WHAT THE HELL.. WHY SHOULD I PAY. Mis alignment is not my problem.
I am paying more than 450rs per month and a HD Subscriber and I get such shitty answer and rubbish service from your end. If it rains every 2 days I have to keep paying charges for technician visit.. Should not this be covered by Dish TV. If I have to pay any charge for the issues on your end I am not going to renew and disconnect Dish TV and try from my end to discourage as many users as I can.
