I have been using dish tv for around 16 months. Though the picture quality is undoubtedly excellent, when it comes to service, the company falls flat on its face. Customer care people are indifferent, sometimes even rude, and all they can do is give you a complaint no and a reply that they will get back to you in 24 hrs.(Which NEVER happens). And that too if you wait at least 30 minutes to connect to a cust rep.
Hardware is faulty, and customer care and the dealer keep passing the ball to each other’s court on this.
My set top box has developed problems, after repeated calls it was collected from my house last week and now nobody is able to tell me the status or even where the box is! Bloody strange for a such a big company!
I don’t know what sort of service Tatasky is providing, but to all new buyers, DIshTv is a big NO in my opinion.
