I have only 2 month experiance.From the first time I face the following trouble :
1) After buying They installed quickly but it taked 6 days to activate the scrambled channels.I have already sent mail severel times in between this time & call also.
2) After 1-1/2 munth almost 15 channel got freezed.I hame sent mail again as their customer service in Phone is hopeless.After 3 days they replied that contact Your Dealer.
3) When contact with dealer they give the technitian No.I talked with them for the problem.They said that they will come. But after 1 days I have to call once more & say that I have to pay Rs 150 charge as there was no database for my installation.Thanks that I have the No. of person who installed previously.After getting database theit technitian came & change antenna setting & problem resolved.The picture quality & stereophonic sound is definitely not matched as they claim.
** So my opinion is if cable servise is available in your area dont go for Dish TV but you can go for DTH from DD for regional channel & education channel. ****
