There is no accountability for Dish TV customer support system. For complaint raised with their portal, dishtv representative may deny that no complaint has been raised.
In many instances, customer representative provide info, which keep changing call over call. In short, there is no accountability in their system and customer is trapped due to high switchover cost( buying new connection is not cheap today).
DishTv is right place, if you have lot of time and money to spent over phone.
