I have a Dish TV HD connection, and using it since 1.5 months. Initially I had problems getting it activated, but thereafter it was fine.
Now because of rain, there are a lot of problems with HD channels, and I want to switch to a non-HD package. But when I called up customer care, I came to know that I can not switch to a non-HD package, as I have a HD set top box! This is a very strange policy. And this was not even informed, when I took the connection.
I dont know what to do now! Shall I should switch to some other service provider? Or is there any other way out!
