I am getting "Please Check the Smart Card" message since today morning & when I called at your Noida Office via my Mobile as I do not have any BSNL connection at Home & I have to pay heavy STD Bill for calling 5 Times to DishTV today itself.
I informed the error & Mr.Vinod at the other end informed me to remove the wire comes from LMB to Set Top Box & refix & then told me to Blow the area where VC is inserted & then Switch Off & Switch on & insert the VC, which I Did.
What happened.....

- Please Insert the Smart Card which is already Inserted in the Right Direction Gold on Top & inserting Gold Portion First .
Nothing Happened.
I called once again & informed the problem & the person asked me to contact the dealer from where I purchased, I called the dealer & he told me it will take 20-25 days for replacing the card, Great.
I once again called Noida & informed why it takes such a long time & then he gave me an Noida Address where I have to sent the Smart Card for Replacement which also will take 7-10 Days.
Please Note:
I had purchased DishTV before 3-4 months & called more than 15 times for one or the other problem.
My Settop Box is stored inside a cabin which is Locked & there is no chance of mishandling as I opened the cabin rarely - only when your person at Noida give instruction to remove wire or Smart Card etc.
Why you do have Instant Exchange Facility for SmartCard.
I do not have any other connection at Home & hence How will I watch Test Matches & other programmes until I get the New Smart Card.
Will I have to change Smart card every 3-4 month & be without TV for 7-10-25 Days, I think DishTV thinks its customers as FOOLS.
Please provide the solution within 24 Hours or else I will have to take Legal Action through Consumer Court for Mental Harrasement plus Time Wastage due to POOR SERVICE by DishTV & yes I am Serious.
You also have option for giving back Refund taking back DishTV.
