I used to use DISH TV. They disconnected my connection two months prior to renewal due date, that too without any notice. I complained, and followed up regularly for almost 20 times, yes, Twenty times. They have left it to call center. Every call is attended by new person.
He would ask for all details again. My calls used to last 25-30 minutes. Even after that, they would blindly repeat same replies without trying to understand what is the problem. I tried for any other option wherein I can reach higher authorities.
They do not have any such system. You just can not go beyond call center. Feeling Fed up, I dumped them.
Dish TV is a dishonest company. They are not accessible anyway. For all your complaints, you only break head with call center. Dump this useless company.
