I paid Rs10 to include an extra channel in my package. But the company removed some of my existing channels without notifying me. The company claims that its part of the process of which I wasn’t told before including the extra channel. Now I have to pay rp 10 per month for every channel that are removed automatically. There is no complaint logging too.
I have never seen such pathetic and disgusting behavior from any big company. Is this the way people run this company? This is very disappointing and the worst part is I am tied to its service for about an year after which I will definitely move to Tata sky or any other service which does fair to its customers.
As for now, I would simply ask people to NOT GO FOR DISH TV.
