I have brought a new connection of satellite tv of company DishTV . I was expecting a good picture quality on my tv. I am using an old style color tv.
I thought that dishtv will be get good from them.
Let me share a scenario which happened with me
About 2 weeks ago I wasn’t getting my all channels due to signal problem so I called custmer care and they sent a technician but he behaving so rudely.
He told me that I shouldn’t call CC and like forcing me to do-not-call CC next because he didn’t want that Company cut his payment for bad service. Now I am getting same problem but I have to think twice before calling CC because technician behaviour was very bad.
