I used this dish tv. I had purchased a new dish tv connection on befor 7 months . This better than other dish tv . picture is clear are not . and sound is not comfortable. Picture quality which the request was created on 3rd . since I had paid online, I beleive the company doesn’t even care to call me for the installation. I contacted customer care 5 ties and no help was done.
I spoke to a customer care executive who was a service supervisor who denied helping me to all. the company should do something about such pathetic employees. dish tv is the worst company I have a come across all sector wrt to customer satisfied .
You guys just not bothered about customers but yourself . this is my whole lifetime. Disgusting company disgusting services. This dish tv’s value and money is very low. But other services is very slow and worst dish tv. thanks
