If you are thinking why I am saying about Dist TV one of the reputed brand, I know its a reputed but recently there service getting down. I am realizing now a day each & every problems of the customers they have only one answer that is " you have to appoint technical engineer & visit fees+ Service tax chargeable" if you want to know your plan & want to add on some extra channels also.
I recharged for sports HD channels recently for champions trophy, aishwaryasingh23ment done but didnt add that channels @ last. when I call customer care they said directly appoint engineer to solve problem. they didnt have any satisfied answer on my question.
So I would like to recommend go with Tata sky or Videocon D2H if you want better service.
