Voucher from Samsung TV not being honoured

Complaint no. 6002 3474 made on 28 May 2011 and followed up 5 times - no action is being taken by Dish TV. Their front office is very polite and they assure everytime that somebody will get in touch with me in 2 hers and the Connection will be made within 24 hours, but thats the end of it. Following is the journal of my calls

Sunday 29th May - Talked to Vidya, reminded

Tuesday morning - Talked to Roopa


Tuesday Afternoon - talked to Anamika


Wednesday(Today) 01 June 2011 - Talked to Syed and Mohammed(manager)
