Never ever buy dish TV. Customer support is such a worst that I am planning to go to consumer forum. I am a customer of DISH TV for last 4 years and have paid around Rs. 14000 (other than purchase cost) in total. When I took this connection it was costing 7400/-.
But on customer support. Try reaching 1800 180 3474 hours it says all lines are busy. Just keep on trying if you are lucky you may get connection in 90 - 120 minutes but after entering your VC No.
Please have atleat an hour free time to listen "your call is important to us...." then a lousy fellow will start speaking in wrong english and he will say sorry and ask your all credentials later he is will say your complaint has been lodged, it will be rectified in next 4 to 24 hours and your complaint number is..... Thats it. after 24 hours please go to the begining of this para.
