The day I got DISH TV I thought my problems with the cable were solved ....... but I forgot whats the after sales effects the services u know......although the quality of network I receive is slightly better than the one provided by the cable but I wonder whether its worth it.It works good for few months and then the problems start .after few months I started having problems.the set up box started causing problems. after so many calls to the customer care and waiting for long time for those people 2 answer I finally got them to look into the matter when they sent a service engineer .He suggested me 2 change my set up box as nothing could b done except for changing it. I paid him his visiting fees and ask him to leave.
I took the set up box to the local electronic person and he repaired it for few bucks................thats the irony of getting things repaired by the authorized people the people who know nothing but to change whatever is damaged and not repair it.Then they change channels according to there requirements and u pay xtra bucks for the channels u wnaa view ...... and DISH TV tops in the list in the set of various service providers. Giving partial information to the consumer and asking him 2 pay more is the routine.i have been at the receiving end of this a no of times....
