The hardware provided is good. Picture& sound quality is good!
Sales guys are liars. After sales support is pathetic& customer care is ignorant.
Have been with them for 2 yrs but have decided to quit now.
Last year I did an annual recharge as they were offering upfront discount and additional days etc. I called the customer care to confirm the amount to recharge with and recharged with the amount advised.
The benefits were not received! When I called again I was told that I had recharged with Rs 500 less and hence the benefits will not be credited. When I can spend 7k, what stops me to spend 7.5K? It was the ignorance of the customer care executive!
I had to escalate to the CEO and still did not get in full what was comitted
This year, they suddenly stopped few channels from my pack, the recording has been disabled(while selling it was proudly told that Dish is the only operator which offers free recording unlimited& lifetime)!
I have presently 2 child VCs running, when I requested for seperation of 1, they started demanding Rs 899 to discontinue services as the set top box was then provided to me at a discount!
Buggers, never mentioned this while selling!
I am pissed off with this non sense service provider. Have started researching on a better option and will shortly say GOOD BYE to Dish TV
