Worst service even for new customer

I have gone for Dish TV, thinking that it will be good in comparison to Tata Sky and Airtel, but looks like are of same plate. After buying Dish TV, over phone they told me, 1510 but when they came, they charged 1675. and after that also, we raised a complain on the poor quality as when I change the channel or start the TV, it takes almost 10 second to come the picture on screen.


Technician came, told that the problem with new set up box, need to change with old one as this is company policy. and when we agreed for that, he said, he or someone else will come within 24 hours, to replace the set-up box. while leaving, he asked to sign on a paper as a proof that he visited and looked at the problem. But as soon as he left, immediate after 30 min, we got a message saying that, your complain is resolved and closed..


But still we waited for 24 hours. but when we called after 36 hours to customer care, the reply was , your old complain is closed. now have to open a new one, and new technician will come and look at the problem. :(


This is just like passing the problem from one plate to other plate..
