After I shifted to Tata SKy, I am finding it quite comfortable with Tata Sky Service for the last 5 months.Payament, renewal , selecting channels etc..are quite easy online. SUN network is also added recently, which is quite good.
There is only one hiccup noted, if it rains, the signal is lost for few minutes..
I used to receive calls again on renewal from Dish TV. It beats me to figure out how their customer support works.

DishTVs customer care is extremely bad.
I tried to renew package through website. I am not able to renew because the account shows an outstanding amount in correctly. Tried calling the jokers in the call centre who does not know ABCD of customer care .Those guys forward the request to Accounts department. No response so far from accounts department. What is irritating is that every time they say some one will cal back in 2 ours time and no one calls back in 2 days time!!!
This is monkey business. Toll free Cutomer care numbers does not work on Tata Indiacom and Airtel numbers ..so customers have to go to STD booths to make complaints..
Their files service is also poor. There are not many offices seen around compared to Tata sky. I waited for 4 days before some one showed up for service.
I do not know how Tatasky figures in terms of customer care..
