I’ve recently acquired a set top box.of the dishtv brand. It has got to be the biggest mistake I’ve made in recent times.
I have spoken to 10+ customer service executives even spoken to technicians who are suppose to do the work
been told that I’m on the high priority list all this to install my set top box but besides them talking and talking and never really doing anything.
NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. The worst part is I’m told repeatedly that they are coming. So I drop everything and wait at home. Heaven forbid I miss the 10sec window that they feel like working.. And after all that in the end no1 shows-up.
So irritating..completely incompetent apathetic service..I have had it..biggest waste of money.
I want my money back!!
