The offer: The offer is for 64 kbps broadband line were no telephone is required is offered at ontime charges of Rs.7000 + service tax and monthly access charges from Rs.1300 per month to 2500 per month depending upon the data transfer per month.
I have taken a Rs.1300 per month for 300mb of data transfer and the data transfer go beyond 300mb , every 100mb Rs.250 extra.
Than the problem started.
1)A mail received which said that you cannot use there smtp for outgoing mails which is used for sending mails through outlook express, I argued and complain and they said you have to pay extra for using there smtp .now I use others smtp for free.
2) 300mb of data transfer available in my offer.No person records what actually data transfer he made, first three months the bill was regular and no discrepancies found but in latter months they started charging for 700 mb data transfer .We never download or upload things any where than also how 700mb data transfer they charged.I complain but no use, they are continued charging higher bill , i asked how u calculated our data transfer there was no answer.If you not paid on time they locked your service its good but they connection which is uninterrupted is not logged any time.
when we call their call center there is no fast response from them, mostly the phone is engaged.
when there is answer they say it will start after 10 minutes , how they start within 15 days because they have some lines which they transfer from one another when there is load.
I was warned by my freinds about the company charge anything , but I refused them b, coz I think it is a big company and they will never do this type of act to customer dissatisfaction, but my freinds are true now they are laughing on me.
I can cancell also because my one time registration charges will go on thats why I am continuing their services, sorry.
This company I dont think will be more availbale in future bcoz many companies are entering in this field.Beware of dishnet ask every detail before registering to this type of services of any company.
