Well it all started with my quest for a good broadband service provider. I am yet to find one mind you. I saw one of Dishnet DSL services huuuuuuuuuuuuuge signboards that said something about a very good broadband service.
As a very obedient & sincere customer I immediately looked up their number from their website (it took me an hour to find the website in the first place since I couldnt get the phone number from the signboard) & called them up. I waited for about 15 minutes listening to their epabx singing some stupid stuff & at long last one guy answers my call. I start off with the usual queries about the service & blah blah. I get a very simple reply from him. Great & in one line!!!!!!
May I have you phone number sir? He said.
I give him my number & he says again............in one line again!!!
Our executive will contact you in less than an hour sir. He said.
That was about a month & a half ago & I am yet to receive any calls from them.
Do these guys think we are stupid or what? I thought we PAY for their service but it looks like they think THEY are doing US (I mean us the public not the United States here )a favour by giving us their service. What sort of morons fill up companys like that? I fail to understand how the company even survived all these days! Definitely an option I ruled out when it comes to choosing or searching for an ISP.
