Now Tata Indicom has taken over Dishnet in Chennai. I have no problem. Complaints are attended immediately. The speed 512 kbps is ok. They have now 24 hrs technical team available. One or two times they visited my house to solve my problem when my cable modem driver got lost. On line support is also good. They have the facility to switch over to dial up when your cable connection has some problem. Their roaming facility is superb.
Their cable repair team has to improve. Once they have to attend thrice to rectify cable fault. I am one of their old customers. Once the stay wire got cut. They took more than a week to attend to it.
When you visit Tata Indicom Broadband web site, you can change your plan, change the speed etc., on line. This avoids us going all the way to their office, giving letter etc. I strongly reccomend.
