Non-transparent billing by Dishnet

I have a Dishnet DSL 64kpbs line for near 18 months now. The speed is no great shakes though it is a shade better than a Dial Up line. What irks me is that while they bill by the number of hours used, when you look up your account at their web site the usage hours is not indicated. Only the upload and download figures are shown. In the beginning they did show the hours used but later they discontinued this and in spite of several appeals and representations have been bull-headed about this. They say its their policy! (Not to be transparent?)and that they are a honest bunch as far as this goes, but I have been over-billed many times but have paid up as per their bills just so that they dont go broke and their staff gets their salaries! So before you think of subscribing, please get this cleared up with them. I would not recommend them at all and as soon as alternate ISPs get into my area I shall cut them out and go for the alternate.
